Projekta "3encult" ietvaros, smartwin ražotāji “Menuiserie Andre” izstrādājuši jaunu logu sistēmu vēsturiski nozīmīgām celtnēm. Stiklots loga rāmis ārēji ar trīskāršu stiklojumu un īpaši šauru loga rāmi iekšpusē, sasniedz Pasīvo māju logu sertifikācijas “phA” klasi reizē ar vēsturisku izskatu.
Francs Froindorfers (Franz Freundorfer) iepazīstināja ar savas lekcijas kopsavilkumu Starptautiskajā Pāsīvo māju konferencē Hanoverē 2012. gadā.
